Participants were keen to develop a «Stickers» on the garbage bins paste with the words «Egypt maintained by our country». Says Omayma Idris, director of the Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology: «got the idea crossed my mind while I was going to the field, and found two girls and hold every one of them a broom to clean the place I came near them and asked them to convey the idea of the hospital and discovered they had a doctor privilege I have in the hospital, which encouraged me more».
